Recently I purchased a computer and some ancillary equipment from Jamestown Computers Inc.  I am very pleased with the performance of the computer. 

As good as their products are, in my opinion the most important asset of Jamestown Computers is their personalized customer service. 

They endured my inquiries and answered my many questions before I placed my order.  Plus they asked me several questions to ensure I was getting the right product for my needs. 

I felt completely comfortable telling them that their first suggestion was out of my price range and within a few hours they presented another option in my range. 

Once ordered, my computer was hand-delivered just a couple days later.  Jamestown Computer personnel have kept in touch with me to ensure the product is working well.
